What truly stood out was the welcoming atmosphere fostered by the staff, notably the gentleman at reception who went above and beyond to assist us, from organizing laundry to arranging transportation. As two female travelers, the secure premises and attentive presence at all times made us feel genuinely safe and looked after. The Deluxe room we booked exceeded expectations, mirroring the online images accurately, complete with modern amenities such as a fridge, AC, and smart TV for downtime entertainment. the strong internet connection was a pleasant surprise, ensuring seamless connectivity during our stay. As a family, we appreciated the inclusive and family-friendly vibe, with subtle touches like a locked front door and staff availability contributing to a sense of ease. the thoughtful layout of the room, along with the nearby array of eateries and services within walking distance, catered to our every need without hassle.
